We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Custodian who understands that a clean environment isn't just about appearance—it's the first line of defense in keeping our patients, staff, and community safe.Why Join Our Team?Purpose-Driven Work: Every room you sanitize directly impacts the health and dignity of our patients.Supportive Environment: Be a valued, respected member of a team that cares about people.Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, retirement 3% match, holiday payKey ResponsibilitiesSanitizing Medical Spaces: Clean, disinfect, and maintain exam rooms, waiting areas, laboratories, and restrooms according to healthcare sanitation standards.Infection Control: Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste, sharps, and regular trash following OSHA and clinic guidelines.Floor & Surface Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all common areas and administrative offices.Inventory Management: Monitor and restock clinic supplies (soap, paper towels, PPE, cleaning chemicals) and notify management when supplies are low.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all walkways are clear of hazards and report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures) immediately.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1+ years of commercial cleaning or custodial experience required. Prior experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or dental office is highly preferred.Knowledge: Understanding of infection control, chemical safety (SDS), and OSHA standards is a major plus.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to (e.g., 40 lbs).Values: A compassionate, respectful attitude toward diverse populations
