Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to lead clinical operations for children with Autism in the Towson area. The role emphasizes program development, staff supervision, and ensuring ethical, high-quality ABA services.
You will manage day-to-day operations, collaborate with families, and drive initiatives for service quality and growth. A Master's in Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification are required, with at least 3 years of BCBA experience.
