Job description
BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Clinic Director (BCBA) for our new Sugar Land clinic in Texas. The role combines clinical leadership with admin duties, overseeing BCBAs, managing a small caseload, and training caregivers to deliver effective ABA therapy.
The position offers strong compensation, including base salary, performance bonuses, and a sign-on bonus, along with CEUs and relocation support. Monday–Friday daytime schedule with 7-client average caseload, 27 days off.
