Job description
BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Clinic Director (BCBA) to support clinical needs across clinic, home, and community settings. You will supervise therapists, train caregivers, and develop programs to achieve optimal client outcomes.
The total compensation package ranges from $90,000 to $122,000 annually, including a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, performance bonuses up to $12,000, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Relocation packages are available.
