Job description
Ivy Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a dedicated outpatient clinic. You will mentor staff, build relationships, and shape culture while delivering exceptional patient care.
As equity partner, you’ll influence clinic location, team development, and patient experience, with support from Ivy Rehab in Marketing, HR, Legal, IT, and operations to grow the clinic.
