Job description
Smile Doctors in Knoxville, TN seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations, manage staff, and drive patient experience and profitability. The role partners with the Doctor to uphold clinical culture, implement new tools and protocols, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in a supervisory role, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
