Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Clinic Director to lead our Danielson clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about developing people, growing community relationships, driving operational excellence, and creating an unmatched experience for patients and teammates alike.
As Clinic Director, you’ll lead a team, influence the health of your community, and help shape the future of one of Connecticut's most respected physical therapy organizations. Beyond daily clinic operations, this role is designed for a driven professional looking to maximize their earning potential while actively working toward clinic ownership.

Have experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting

Are a licensed Physical Therapist
