Job description
Highbar Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director in the Boston area to act as the CEO of your designated clinic, overseeing overall management, patient experience, and clinical excellence. You will lead operations, mentor staff, and drive growth with strong business oversight.
Relocation assistance is available and the compensation package includes a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 plus uncapped bonus potential.
