Confluent Health, LLC's Fairborn Clinic in Ohio is seeking a Lead clinician to steer a well-established physical therapy clinic. You will shape patient care, mentor staff, and drive clinical and financial performance in a community-focused setting.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year with a $10,000 sign-on, plus generous PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match; requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Ohio license.
