EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery across our community clinics, guiding therapy teams and ensuring residents stay active and independent.
You’ll mentor clinicians, partner with leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360, and build trusted relationships with residents, families, and staff to drive engagement and quality.
