nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Director
nLocation: New Britain, CT
nSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
nCompensation: Salary is $95k to $120k based on experience
nIncentives: Sign-on bonus up to $10k and student loan payment program

nOur outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

nnnAssume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
n
nnUtilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
n
nnHelp grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
n
nnExpand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
n
nnPartner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
n
nnParticipate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
n
n nQualifications
nnnMust be a graduate of anaccredited school of physical therapy
n
nnValid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
n
nnCPR Certification
