Job description
A leading physical therapy provider in California is seeking a Clinic Director/PT to oversee daily operations and ensure quality patient care. This role involves leading a team of Physical Therapists and Assistants, evaluating patient needs, and managing compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate or MS in Physical Therapy, be licensed to practice in California, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with budget management and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
