Job description
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is seeking a front-line customer service professional for a day-shift role in our clinic. The position emphasizes delivering outstanding service to patients and visitors while supporting administrative operations.
The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED and has at least 1 year of customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse patient population.
