Job description

OrthoIllinois is seeking a Clinic Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical team under physician supervision. You will coordinate with clinic and surgery schedulers to optimize physician time in both clinic and OR, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain accurate documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive continuous improvement in patient flow and satisfaction.
