Job description
Upperline Health Inc. is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator for the Orange City, FL clinic. This role will lead the front desk and clinical coordination, partnering with physicians to deliver comprehensive care and drive patient engagement in the clinic setting.
The ideal candidate has prior Patient Care Coordinator experience, podiatry/orthopedic exposure, strong EMR skills, and a proven track record in team leadership and patient service excellence in a health care environment.
