Job description
The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a Practice LPN to support patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic. In this role, you’ll provide direct clinical care, obtain histories and vital signs, administer medications and immunizations, and assist with exams and minor procedures. You’ll use EMR tools to document accurately, coordinate patient flow, and support education for diverse patients across Vermont and northern New York. Working in a collaborative, academic environment, you’ll partner with nurses, providers, and specialists, apply evidence-based practices, and grow professionally through ongoing learning and quality initiatives.
