Job description
Evernorth Workplace Care in Dalton, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers, assess patients, and coordinate care in our health center. The role involves direct patient care, EMR usage, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Alternating 7 am - 6 pm and 6 am - 5 pm with Tuesdays off, you will perform vital signs, med administration, education, and care coordination. Proficiency with EPIC/EHR and strong customer service are essential.
