In this role, you willbe responsible fora variety of nursing duties, including client check-ins, lab coordination, and medication management. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Check-In:Utilizevirtual, in-person, and telephonic platforms to check a clients efficiently and effectively.
Lab Coordination: Obtain labs as ordered a providers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Collaborative Care: Complete screeners with clients todeterminethe mostappropriate courseof care in collaboration with the provider.
Delegated Tasks: Assist the nurse teams labelling delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.
Resource Person: Act as a valuable resource for nursing and medical issues within the clinic.
Infectious Disease Control: Oversee infectious disease control measures, ensuring client hygiene and facility health.
Nursing Assessments: Perform all necessary nursing assessments according to service line requirements,demonstratinga high levelof clinical competence.
Medication Administration: Administer medications through various methods (oral, injections, etc.) asrequired, adhering to service line protocols.
Medication Management: Prepare medications, conduct routine medication destruction, and address client questions and medication needs.
Patient Care: Verify client data, obtain necessary physical preliminary requirements, and assistin collecting samples and vital signs.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Nursing degree from an accredited school.
Current RN or LPN nursing license from the State of Missouri.
Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ First Aid and Medication Aid trainer.
Prior experience in adult and youth psychiatry nursing is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurancerequired.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform nursing assessments and administer medications.
Ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care as needed.
