Job description
ThedaCare is seeking a Practice Administrator for Primary Care in Kimberly, WI. You will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across stand-alone or multi-clinic physician practices, developing and supporting a leadership team to ensure top patient care and aligned performance metrics.
You will partner with physician leaders and other managers to implement division initiatives, improve employee engagement, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
