Job description
Ventura County is seeking a Clinic Medical Director to medically direct patient care teams across one or more FQHC sites. The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer-Ambulatory Care, guiding clinical operations, protocols, and quality initiatives to improve access and outcomes.
The position oversees physicians and APPs, implements quality improvements, and collaborates with pharmacy, dental, and community partners to extend care and referrals. The role is at-will and exempt from Civil Service.
