Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an Outpatient Neurology Advanced Practice Provider to join the Utah Valley Clinic in Provo. You will work with a team of outpatient neurologists and an epilepsy APP, delivering care with a focus on stroke and TIA follow-ups.
The role requires graduation from an accredited PA/NP program, Utah licensure or eligibility, and board certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA). The position is full-time with standard clinic hours Mon-Fri and hospital optional shifts.
