Job description
Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan, IN is seeking a Clinic Nurse LPN/RN for a full-time technical role in a busy outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities include patient assessments over the phone, applying clinical knowledge, providing medical advice per protocols, and maintaining meticulous documentation in the EMR while coordinating with providers and staff.
Indiana LPN/LPN licensure and CPR are required; prior medical-surgical nursing or immunization experience is preferred.
