Clinic Nurse (RN/LPN) - Triage & Patient Care

Job description

Bryan Health is seeking a LPN or RN to provide phone triage two days per week at Central City Clinic and two days to support patient care and clinic operations at Central City or Fullerton Clinic.

This role emphasizes broad patient care coordination, education, and ensuring smooth flow of visits, calls, lab work, and follow-up plans. A nursing degree and appropriate licensure plus CPR are required.
