Responsibilities:
Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patientcare.
Perform a focused interview to access signs and symptomsincluding the physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’scondition.
Documents the patient’s plan of care using the diagnosis,expected patient outcomes and selected nursing interventions.
Provides a safe, comfortable and therapeutic patientenvironment.
Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patientneeds including the initial triage, establishing priorities forplan of care and administer medication.
Monitors the safety and effectiveness of the environment andequipment.
Supports professional practice by observing the following: 1)Nurses Practice Act; 2) Standards of Nursing Practice; 3) Standardsof Patient Care; 4) State and Local Laws; and 5) Patient’s Bill ofRights.
Be self-motivated, professional, and dependable
Qualifications:
Indiana Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed PracticalNurse
Three years of professional nursing experience
This position is a full-time position which entails a 75-hourwork week for a bi-weekly pay period. It may require someadditional hours as needed for coverage.
