The Clinical Office Assistant is responsible for providing direct or indirect care, under the supervision of a physician based on their scope of training to patients who present with urgent, emergent or potential health problems, as well as preventive care.In this hands-on role, you'll be more than a Clinic Office Assistant (RN,LPN, CMA/RMA/CCMA)—you'll be a trusted support system for patients and providers alike. From welcoming patients and preparing them for visits to assisting with clinical procedures and coordinating care, you'll help create a positive, compassionate, and efficient healthcare experience every day. This position is located at 713 W Main Street, Elkton, KY 42220.Education and Experience:Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program required.Experience preferred but not required.Certificates/Licenses:Current certification/license from one of the below:Certified Medical Assistant- American Association of Medical AssistantsRegistered Medical Assistant- American Medical TechnologistCertified Clinical Medical Assistant- National Health career AssociationNational Certified Medical Assistant- National Center for Competency TestingNationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant- National Association for Health ProfessionalsRegistered Medical Assistant- American Allied HealthCertified Medical Assistant Clinical- American Medical Certification AssociationActive LPN license in state of employmentActive RN license in state of employmentCPR provider certification required.Shift: Days - Monday-Friday; no holidays or weekendsHours: 40 per weekBase Pay Ranges: CMA/RMA: $19.14 Clinic LPN: $22.32 Clinic RN: $26.04Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
