Mountain View Headache and Spine Institute PLLC is seeking a Director of Operations in Phoenix, AZ, to lead day-to-day clinic operations and drive performance across locations. You will supervise staff, optimize workflows, and partner with physicians, HR, billing, and leadership to advance priorities.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical practice management with a Bachelor’s in a related field (or 10 years of equivalent experience) and must travel between locations as needed.
