Job description
Integrity Care Group in Ponca City, OK seeks a Clinic Lead Coordinator to supervise daily clinic operations and support patient care under the guidance of the Territory Manager and Regional Director.
You will build monthly clinical and clerical schedules, coordinate onboarding and training for new hires, manage staffing levels to meet patient volume, and help drive clinic initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
