Job description
Paylocity in Duncan, OK seeks a Clinic Lead Coordinator to support clinic operations and ensure excellent patient care. You will help manage clinical and front-office schedules, oversee daily staffing, and collaborate with the Territory Manager and Regional Director.
This role combines leadership with hands-on coverage of clinical and clerical tasks, including onboarding new hires, coordinating training, directing clinic flow, handling basic inventories, and contributing to budgeting goals.
