Job description
Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Clinic Supervisor in Hillsboro, OR to oversee clinical and non-clinical staff and promote patient-centered care in collaboration with Nursing Quality. The role emphasizes mentoring, team development, and supporting PCMH teams.
The position requires progressive leadership experience in a clinic setting and completion of the PMG Oregon Supervisor Internship. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits program is provided.
