Job description
HealthLinc seeks a Site Operations Director to oversee clinic operations, supervise support staff, and uphold policies. You will coordinate hiring, training, and compliance while reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
The role requires leadership with 5–10 years of progressive supervisory experience in outpatient settings, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, and strong organizational skills. A master’s degree is preferred.
