Clinic Patient Access Specialist - Full-Time - Sundance ClinicCrook County Medical Services District is currently seeking a Part-Time Patient Access Specialist position for the Sundance Clinic. This position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments to maintain a steady flow for health care providers.Essential Functions: Must be able to work well with the public Registering patients- ER/Outpatients and Clinics Answering phones in a timely and professional manner Keeping medical records up to date Logging of daily payments Filling out outpatient sheets when necessary Collection of cash payments as needed Other duties as assignedQualifications/Education: Minimum age of 16 years old High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience: Previous receptionist experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred but not required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrates discretion and professionalism at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Schedule: This will be a part-time position, and the schedule will vary based on clinic needs.Benefits: This position is not eligible for benefits.Crook County Medical Services District (CCMSD) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
