Job description
Fort HealthCare in Lake Mills is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Lake Mills Clinic. You will provide direct patient care, perform triage, administer medications, and support care coordination with physicians and staff.
Responsibilities include nursing visits, vitals, EKGs, lab specimen prep, and patient education. Requires WI RN license, BLS, and hospital/clinic experience; benefits include competitive pay and PTO.
