Job description
Providence Health Plan Group is seeking an RN for an ambulatory clinic role focused on comprehensive nursing care and care coordination. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across the lifespan, including telehealth encounters and collaboration with the health care team.
The successful candidate will hold an RN license in the state of practice, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and have 18 months of nursing experience.
