Job description
Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to support patient- and family-centered care in an ambulatory setting. The RN collaborates with providers, leadership, and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care and efficient clinic operations.
Responsibilities include clinical duties, medication management, patient education, documentation in the EHR, triage by phone, and coordinating referrals and tests while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
