Job description
Prairie Ridge Health is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to provide nursing care across all ages at the Prairie Ridge Health Clinic in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This 1.0 FTE position involves working Monday-Friday during the day.
The RN will lead patient care by assessing physical, psychological, and social needs. Responsibilities include formulating nursing diagnoses, facilitating the care plan's next steps, and educating patients and families.
A valid Wisconsin nursing license and CPR certification are required, with preference given to candidates with relevant clinical experience.
