Job description
UnityPoint Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Madison, WI primary care team. This 0.9 FTE role supports nursing care for patients, including vitals, histories, patient preparation for exams, and immunizations within licensure guidelines.
The RN will coordinate referrals, manage forms and authorizations, and maintain tracking for follow-up tests and procedures. Strong patient education and family communication are essential to promote understanding and self-care.
