Job description
Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Inc. in Sauk City, WI, is seeking a Clinic RN Triage to provide assessment and treatment, support providers, and manage patient flow in a busy primary care setting.
The role includes phlebotomy, injections, medication administration, triage calls, referrals coordination, and mentoring staff; requires Wisconsin RN license and BLS; 0.95 FTE with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with no holiday or weekend rotation.
