Job description
LaserAway in Somerville, MA seeks a clinic leader to own the location's P&L and revenue performance, building a high-performing team that drives daily sales and patient retention. You’ll personally close 15–25% of your clinic’s revenue while coaching Patient Care Coordinators and clinicians to hit their goals, uphold brand standards, and maintain high NPS.
