We're growing — and we're looking for a Clinic Support Specialist who wants to make a meaningful impact every day.The RoleClinic Support Specialists are the operational backbone of our clinic. You'll help patients navigate care, support providers, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and helping people feel supported, this role is a great fit.What You'll DoMaintain smooth daily clinic flow and a welcoming patient experienceSupport new and returning patients with pre-visit and post-visit needsTroubleshoot telemedicine issues and assist patients with virtual careCoordinate care logistics, referrals, and provider follow-upManage communication across phone, EMR, fax, and other platformsProcess EMR tasks, patient messages, referrals, and external documentsComplete prior authorizations (training provided)Assist with financial eligibility and pharmacy documentationPerform CLIA-waived testing and coordinate lab send-outsPrepare patient education materialsFront Desk ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patientsAnswer phones and direct callsSchedule and confirm appointmentsVerify insurance and patient informationCollect and document required formsWhat You BringExperience in customer service or healthcare (preferred, not required)Strong organization and attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfort learning new systems and technologyClear, professional communicationA patient-centered mindset and willingness to learnReliability, adaptability, and teamworkInterest in harm reduction or behavioral health is a plusRequirementsMust be able to pass a background check in accordance with healthcare regulationsAbility to participate in scheduled on-call rotation On-call compensation is paid separately from hourly wagesWhat We OfferA supportive, inclusive, mission-driven workplaceMeaningful work supporting access to life-saving treatmentOpportunities for growth within a multidisciplinary teamFull benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Separate compensation for scheduled on-call rotationWe welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and lived experience.
