Job description
Upland Hills Health is seeking a Clinic Triage Registered Nurse for its UHH Clinics. This part-time role (0.9 FTE) in the day shift involves triage, care coordination, and supporting providers with walk-in patient flow. Strong community health orientation and clinic experience are highly valued.
The nurse will document assessments in the EHR, participate in CQI activities, and train new staff while ensuring timely patient access to care. Requires WI RN license and CPR certification.
