Job description
Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an In Clinic Visit Facilitator for a casual/on-call, 0.01 FTE position in Dermatology Care. The role supports in-person visits, collects medical information, and helps with rooming, scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, comfort with technology, and may possess a Nursing Assistant or EMT-related background. Training on Epic Health Records is preferred.
