Job description
Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an In Clinic Visit Facilitator to join our team at the Masonic Cancer Clinic. This 1.0 FTE role supports in-person visits, schedules coordination, and helps ensure a smooth patient care experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience and comfort with technology. Clinic hours are Mon–Thu 7:00AM–6:00PM and Fri 7:00AM–5:00PM, with comprehensive benefits offered.
