Job description
Werfen is seeking a field-based professional to ensure total customer satisfaction within the installed base across Northern New Jersey, Connecticut and Upstate NY. The role includes installations, validations, training, and ongoing clinical support for Werfen analyzers.
The ideal candidate will have lab experience (MT/MLT/CLS), strong technical knowledge of Werfen products, and solid communication skills to educate customers and navigate regulatory requirements.
