We are one of South Florida's most established independent audiology practices and we are growing. Three locations. Seven audiologists. A full schedule backed by a strong ENT and physician referral network. No corporate quotas. No franchise rules. Just excellent clinical care and a team that genuinely loves what they do.
What You'll Earn
Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
Expected total income: $120,0000 – $150,000+
Commission is uncapped — your earnings grow with your performance
What You'll Do Comprehensive diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus evaluation and management, aural rehabilitation, Lyric, and more — in a collegial, clinician-first environment.
✅ What We're Looking For
Au.D. with active Florida license (or eligibility)
3+ years clinical experience
Strong hearing aid counseling and dispensing skills
Tinnitus experience preferred
