ENT and Allergy Associates, of Texas – Audiologist
ENT and Allergy Associates, of Texas, is seeking a self‑motivated, people‑friendly, licensed Audiologist to work in our Westchester County/Bronx office locations.
We are a large, multi‑site ENT practice that is expanding our audiology staff throughout Texas due to dynamic growth. If you are a diagnostic & dispensing audiologist who is driven, self‑motivated, and passionate about helping patients regain hearing, this may be the opportunity you are looking for. The ideal candidate must be clinically strong and able to effectively counsel patients while building rapport.
Locations
Westchester County/Bronx Floater – all locations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish rapport with patients, gather history, conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, and make hearing‑aid recommendations
Perform diagnostic testing
Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
Program hearing aids
Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, or problems
Maintain documentation and patient files
Own assigned schedule to maximize ability to help patients hear better
Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generate opportunities
Position Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)
Active and current hearing‑aid dispensing license
The ideal candidate will also possess:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Professional interaction with patients, physicians, and team members at all times
