Summary: The Clinical Behavioral Health Supervisor oversees and manages all aspects of a very diverse work environment. This position supervises and consults with a team of care coordinators and provides proactive coaching on understanding behavioral health conditions and instruction to staff on service planning. Conducts group and individual supervision to assure adherence to CFCC core standards and procedures. Has knowledge of information about families and supervises' staff to provide reliable delivery of services and supports to meet the needs of the children and families. The Clinical Behavioral Health Supervisor also responds to emergencies and conflicts in a timely manner. Assists in the resolution of challenging cases and/or personal circumstances.
