Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor business intelligence teams in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency
Apply your clinical domain knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare content, ensuring outputs are accurate, trustworthy, and aligned with real-world practice
Provide structured, expert feedback on AI outputs related to healthcare data interpretation, BI workflows, and clinical analytics
Who You Are
Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know how clinical data works in the real world
Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
A strong communicator who can translate complex data findings into clear, decision-ready insights
Self-motivated and reliable — you deliver quality work without needing close supervision
Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach to data quality and accuracy
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation workflows
Background in health informatics, population health, or value-based care analytics
Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
