Opportunity:
Advanced Practitioners - Other Specialties - Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
Job Details:
Provide comprehensive care for adult cardiology patients in an outpatient setting supporting a busy Electrophysiology program
Manage cardiac implantable devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders in an outpatient setting
Evaluate patients pre and post intervention including patient education, clinical evaluation, and medication management
Perform message triage and support office-based patient care activities
Electrophysiology background preferred with experience providing comprehensive management of patients with arrhythmias
Knowledge of anti-arrhythmic and anticoagulation drug therapy preferred
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's Program
Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care (AGPCNP) in the state of Connecticut
Full-time exempt position - 40 hours, Monday through Friday
Travel required to Norwich, Branford, and Wallingford locations
