Job description
The Clinical Care Leader (CCL) at Good Samaritan is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and documenting care according to standards. You will supervise unlicensed staff and assume nursing accountability for a resident assignment while serving in leadership roles on committees.
Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active RN license, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.
