Job description
Methodist Healthcare seeks a Clinical Charge Nurse Coordinator for our Cardiac Telemetry unit in San Antonio, TX. This role provides leadership at the bedside, coordinating patient flow, staffing, and daily operations while delivering expert, evidence-based cardiac telemetry care. The CNC mentors nurses and support staff, promotes a culture of safety, and collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to clinical changes, support quality and performance improvement, educate patients and families, and model our mission-driven, compassionate, community-focused values.
